This is definitely a well done animation. The colors are nice and vibrant, and your OC looks so very kewl, and so very anime! lolz
It's simple and sweet and to the point, and just plain adorable! I love the ninja star as well! I know that the ninja style works well for ya! :3
I'm not much of a criticizer, and this IS my first critique, so the only thing I could really maybe say is..umm..I dunno. Maybe the blinking is too much. I dunno
